"Lauree?" Therilian sounded worried, he moved to the other side of the bed and took her hand again. "You okay?"
"Okay kids, come on." Said May quietly. "Enough meddling in other people's lives."
"But mama! What's wrong with Shrill's cheeks, and Lauree's crying." Kasey asked in a winy voice.
Kile who seamed to somehow know more about what was going on than his sister. Yanked her twords the door, still managing to hide behind her.
Soon they were all gone. Leaving only Therilian, Lauree, and the baby.

"I love you too." Lauree whispered as she curled up in a ball, "I love you more than words can describe."

"Lauree..." He was taken aback. He squeezed her hand, unsure of what else he was suposed to do in this case.
But he whispered, "I love you." and placed her hand against his forehead. "I love you." He said again just a little louder as if steadying himself with the words.

In almost a blink Lauree shot up and kissed him, wrapping her arms around his neck lovingly.

He sat there for a moment slightly dazed. Then he wrapped his arms gently around her waist, kissing her back.

-Two Months Later-

Lauree's eyes popped open when she heard crying, May's baby was loud and for two months straight it cried every morning at exactly two a.m. She had exactly one month left until her own baby would be born. And hearing all this noise was making her wish it would never come.

-Two months later-

Therilian, -who had supposedly moved back to his apartment- awoke on his sisters couch, to the loud screaming of his sisters baby. Who they had, in compromise with Kasey, named Renoly. He groaned and pulled a pillow over his head, it was far to early to be awoken like this.

Lauree got out of bed, nearing the end of her eighth month she'd not been sleeping well anyway. She went downstairs and straight to the kitchen where she began to pour herself a glass of soda and make some waffles with jam.
"I'm coming...I know your hungry." She patted her tummy and proceeded to slap jam on to her waffles.

Therilian groaned again, and sat up. Now way he was getting to sleep now. Though his sister had apparently gotten the child to calm down, because he could barely hear the baby now.
He walked into the kitchen. He hadn't noticed Lauree walking in only moments before.
"Oh... Good morning..." He said blushing, and smiling a bit. His hair was messy, and his shirt was wrinkled. He however somehow still managed to look cute.

"Morning." Lauree said, her hair was messy as well but she looked a bit more proper than he did, even in her large sized tee shirt and baggy pajama bottoms. Suddenly she dropped her knife that she was using to put the jam on her waffles and hissed in pain, "Ow!" She cried, stiffening as she waited for the pain to subside.

His face contorted with worry, he walked over. "You okay?" he asked taking one of her hands.

"Um...yeah. I'm not sure what that was. I think it was just a cramp though." Lauree picked up her knife again and tried to finish making her waffles. "Sit down." She giggled and acted as though it never happened. She tossed him a waffle.

He sighed and shook his head at her. Then he smiled as she tossed the waffle and cought it. He slumped down in a chair, and bit into it. "Ahh.... So noisey.... But you got to love her all the same." he laughed. "Just can't really get mad at babies I guess. They're too cute." He shook his head taking another bite of waffle.

"Ah." She hissed in pain again, "Thrillian..." She crushed her jam oozing waffle in her hand and knocked over her glass by accident.

He jumped to his feet, skipping to the side, then next to Lauree. "It's okay..." he said taking her hand. Though he didn't know at all if that was true. He wasn't even sure what was going on completely. But if it was the baby... "MAY!!!!" He called up the stairs. The baby started crying again, and May came down the stairs fast. Leaving Rick to take care of the baby. "Whats wrong?! Thrilian what? Oh... That all." She said looking exhausted. "Should I call an ambulance?" She asked. Thrilian didn't know. "Umm...." He looked at Lauree. "I was kind of hoping you would know..." he answered his sister still looking at Lauree.

"It's okay..." Lauree said in her calmest voice, "I'm sure it's just time...she's developed and ready." She gave a relieved sigh and picked up her waffle, taking a bit out of it. "Um...we can drive or something, I'm sure it's nothing."

May frowned. "Fine, I'm going to bed Therilian you drive her to the hospital, and don't call unless something bad happens. I'm going back to bed. Good luck Lauree." She said, yawned and walked back to her room.
Therilian stared at his sister as she walked away, then at Lauree. 'How can they be so calm?!' he wondered. He grabbed the nearest set of keys, and grabbed Lauree's hand, heading for the car. "It'll be fine right?" He said mostly to himself.

"Mhm, everything will be just fine..." She was breathing funny, and her face had a weird expression on it. "It's just pain...pain hurts but I'm stronger than pain." She muttered through her teeth.

His eyes widened in fear and he turned back to her. "I knew it! I'm going to go get May, you get in the car." He said holding out the keys. Then he changed his mind. "Never mind, I'm not gonna leave you alone. I'll just call her." He pulled out his cell phone.

"THRILLIAN I'M IN LABOR!" She called, "Shuddup and drive!" She knew he was panicking unnecessarily. She calmed down and laid her seat back, "Heh...you are such a worry wart."

Therilian blinked, he shrunk back in the drivers seat scared, and unable to drive as he wanted with all the police cars about. He settled for a painfully slow speed (which was really just a normal speed) and eventually got to the hospital emergency wing without saying a word.

"I'm sorry for yelling at you." Lauree said in the waiting room, she looked pale and scared. Grape jam was all sticky on her fingers and she was grasping the armrests of the chair so hard her knuckles turned white.

He slipped his hand in hers, and whispered. "It's okay... More importantly," He added more loudly. "Why is this taking so long?!!!"

"Patience is a virtue, my love." Lauree said, "Everything has a time and a place." She laid her head back on the back of the chair and breathed in a very calm manner. She looked peaceful which was surprising.

"Lauree?"

She got up slowly and was sat back down in a wheelchair, she felt excitement overcome her suddenly. She couldn't believe it was actually happening!

Therillian frantically jumped to his feet. "I suppose I can't come..." He said letting out a long sigh, trying to calm down, but not succeeding. "That would be just a little weird..." He ran a hand through his hair. "Just don't.... Just come back okay?" He said to her back as they took her away.
